If you ready to GO HARD on yourself, sweat and break your limits - Welcome! This program is made for you.
Each session is an hour.
The program is divided in blocks, which allows you to focus on each element separately and then combine those elements together. Throughout the program I am going to provide a detailed explanation with training guidance and modification to each exercise, this will make you learn, practice and get results in the best way.
